World Series open thread: Game 4

I hope y’all have taken a nap and gotten plenty of rest between now and the end of Game 3 which took place early this morning. After nearly seven hours of baseball, our old friend Freddie Freeman wrote another chapter in his World Series lore — he now has two walk-off homers in the World Series and he is now the only player in the history of the Fall Classic to make that claim and he’s one of only a handful of players to have hit two walk-off homers in the Postseason altogether.

Despite the disappointment, the Blue Jays have no choice but to dust themselves off and try again tonight. They’ll have to find a way to deal with Shohei Ohtani, who reached base nine (9!!!) times last night and will be the starting pitcher for the Dodgers tonight. We all saw what happened the last time he started a game as a pitcher so at this point, the Blue Jays would be happy if he just looked normal (either at the plate or on the mound) instead of continuing to play at the ridiculous level that he’s set so far.

We’ll see what happens, though. What do y’all think is going to happen tonight?
