With the secondary assist, Ovechkin passed Nicklas Lidstrom (590) for the 12th-most power play points in NHL history.
  • 10:38, 4-2 (PPG): Sanderson wristed a shot from the top through a maze of traffic and past the glove of Lindgren after Giroux set him up from the left dot.

With a goal and an assist, McMichael has recorded his ninth multi-point performance of the season.
