Washington Nationals vs Los Angeles Dodgers Game Thread

As is often the case, the Nationals are playing their best baseball against some of the best teams. The Nats have played a lot of the top teams tough, especially the ones that are not in the NL East. After a hard fought loss on Friday, the Nats evened the series with a 7-3 win late last night. Now we are on to the rubber game.

The Nats are rolling out a similar lineup to last night. The only change is Josh Bell jumping ahead of Brady House in the lineup. After struggling most of the losing streak, the Nationals lineup is finding their feet again. Guys like Nathaniel Lowe and CJ Abrams are heating up. Michael Soroka will take the mound for the Nats.

The Dodgers are having their pitcher lead off. As we know Shohei Ohtani is not just any pitcher. He will start the game, but will only go a couple innings most likely. The Dodgers are making a couple tweaks to their lineup. We will see two rookies for the first time in Hyeseong Kim and Dalton Rushing. Kim will play center field and Rushing will catch. Mainstays Teoscar Hernandez and Will Smith get days off.
