Tonight’s pretty big. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. continued to go crazy at the plate as he helped push the Blue Jays to relatively comfortable win over the Dodgers in order to tie the World Series up at two games apiece. It’s time to let the world’s latest sports analyst let you know what’s at stake going forward. Tell em, Magic!
Thank you, Magic. Anyways, tonight’s huge — even if FanGraphs’ ZiPS projections has the Dodgers still with a near-60 percent chance of winning the World Series. Having Blake Snell going in Game 5 should help but at the same time, that didn’t amount to a hill of beans when the Blue Jays absolutely tore him apart in Game 1 for five runs. The Blue Jays will be banking on the repeat matchup of Snell vs. Trey Yesavage yielding a similar result — if it does, then they’ll be going home needing to win just one game North of the border to win their first World Series in over 30 years.
Who do y’all have winning tonight? Let us know!
